Laaiqa Madrasa is proud to present its Quran Competition 2024, a spiritually enriching event where students demonstrate their proficiency in Quran recitation and memorization. This annual event fosters a deeper love for the Holy Quran while encouraging accurate Tajweed and memorization practices.
The competition will feature two categories: Quran Recitation (with focus on Tajweed) and Quran Memorization (Hifz). Open exclusively to Laaiqa Madrasa students, this competition allows participants to reflect on their Quranic journey and showcase their dedication.

Preliminary Rounds: 09–10 Nov 2024 (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

Final Round: 17.11.2024 (Sunday, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM)

Award Ceremony: 17.11.2024 (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
A registration fee of $5 is applicable. Students can sign up through the online registration form. Judges will evaluate accuracy, pronunciation, and adherence to Tajweed principles. Memorization contestants will be assessed on selected passages.
Awards & Recognition
Trophies and certificates will be presented to top performers. Every participant will receive a certificate of appreciation for their efforts.
Families are warmly invited to attend and support the competitors. The event also serves to highlight the importance of Quranic learning in everyday life and its central role in Islamic education.
